Cottonwood Park is Closed
For 40 Wonderful Years
For 40 years Cottonwood Park has been a remote wilderness campground off the Alaska Highway and a family passion for us. We fell in love with the Yukon and made it our second home. Cottonwood Park has shaped the lives of our children, and now grandchildren, and we are honoured to have met and hosted so many campground visitors over the years.
We had hoped to return for one more season to greet our guests and let them know of our decision to close the campground to the public. Instead we leave you with many thanks and some favourite memories of Cottonwood over the years. Our cabins on Kluane Lake will still be a treasured part of our family. We hope travellers will continue to visit the north, appreciate its beauty and learn from all it has to offer.
